Football-Oranje writer Michael Statham headed to Sheffield Wednesday’s Middlewood Road training ground (near Hillsborough) to meet captain Glenn Loovens. The Dutch defender is in his fourth season with the Owls, and opens up on his past with Feyenoord, Cardiff and Celtic as well as discussing how it feels to narrowly miss out on the Premier League twice. Loovens also answers questions from Twitter (special thanks to @VitalWednesday), including an explanation for his friendship with Manchester City midfielder Kevin De Bruyne.
