Feyenoord boss Jaap Stam has stated the club are working behind the scenes to bring in new players ahead of the new season.

Feyenoord held their annual open day at De Kuip on Sunday and introduced new signings Luciano Narsingh, Nick Marsman and Liam Kelly to the crowd.
The fans were hoping for more incomings and Stam has confirmed to Fox Sports that work is being done behind the scenes.
He said, “We are always looking for reinforcements and guys who can bring something extra to the selection. Today they weren’t there, but we are busy with it within the club.”
Leroy Fer is training with the club and could potentially be their fourth new player. Stam said, “We do not give everyone permission to train with, but we do give players where we see a certain potential. Leroy is of course a player with a lot of quality and we are going to see how his situation develops.”
