The winger was available on a free transfer after leaving Swansea City at the end of the season.
Narsingh has opted for a return to the Netherlands, signing a two-year contract in Rotterdam.
Feyenoord boss Jaap Stam told the club’s website, “Luciano brings with him a number of other qualities in an attacking sense. That will give us the opportunity to be able to vary even more in our game, which can help us make a difference in competitions.”
Narsingh started his career with Heerenveen before spending five years with PSV Eindhoven. He left for Swansea City in 2017 but only made 39 appearances in three seasons.
