According to reports in Russia, Feyenoord are hoping to seal a loan deal for Zenit st Petersburg striker Aleksandr Kokorin.

The 28-year-old hasn’t played for Zenit since being released from a prison sentence back in September and a loan move away from the Russian club is on the cards this month.

Dick Advocaat knows Kokorin well from his time as the Russia national team coach and the Feyenoord boss is hoping to take him to De Kuip, according to the usually reliable Sport Express.

Kokorin has been with Zenit since 2016 and has scored 34 times for the club. He also has 12 goals in 48 international caps.
