Feyenoord’s excellent form continued on Saturday as they came from behind to defeat Heracles 3-2 in Almelo.

Feyenoord began the game poorly and found themselves behind in the 19th minute when Maximilian Rossmann headed in a corner.
Eric Botteghin saw a header cleared off the line before Luis Sinisterra fired over the bar just before the break.
Two minutes into the second half, Jens Toornstra equalised with a fierce strike after being set up by Steven Berghuis. In the 53rd minute, Sinisterra made it 2-1 with a close range effort.
Eric Botteghin then made it 3-1 in the 57th minute with a header into the bottom corner.
Feyenoord were coasting to victory until the 78th minute when Rossmannn made it 2-3 with an excellent finish from a corner.
Both sides went close before the end with Luciano Narsingh hitting the bar, but the match finished 3-2. Feyenoord now rises up to third while Heracles are 10th.
