Netherlands U21’s will face Belarus on the 4th of September and then Norway four days later in two European Championship qualifiers.
Marcel Groninger will take charge of Jong Oranje with Erwin van de Looi assisting the Netherlands national team. He has named five new faces in the squad, Mitchel Bakker (Paris Saint-Germain), Ryan Gravenberch (Ajax), Jurriën Timber (Ajax), Sven Botman (OSC Lille) and Ché Nunnely (Willem II).
AZ Alkmaar duo Teun Koopmeiners and Myron Boadu are also in the squad after being left out of Oranje’s squad. Ferdi Kadioglu is also involved despite rumours he was in line for a call-up by the Turkish national team.
Some real talent. Shane for Koopmeiners imo gets overlooked bc so much talent in mid but is so good versatile too great left foot gets stuck in does it all. Boadu too netted in his debut. But Koop will be great experience for U21 s but he deserves to be in senior squad imo
