The winger appeared on his way to the top when he broke into the Feyenoord first team and earned a dream move to Real Madrid in 2007. However, Drenthe’s career has since taken a nosedive and periods at Everton and Reading were not a success.

In the summer, the now 29-year-old was released by UAE side Baniyas and it appears Drenthe has now had enough of football and turned his attention to rapping.

Under the name Roya2faces, Drenthe has released a new track called Paranoid, which you can listen to below.
