Fred Rutten has been announced as the new manager of Dubai-based club Al-Shabab.

000 fey rutThe club announced on Monday that the Dutchman has signed a one-year contract to take over as their coach.

Fred Rutten’s (53) last managerial position was with Feyenoord where he was relieved of his duties towards the end of the 2014-2015 season .

A new experience awaits for Fred Rutten in the United Arab Emirates. He was previously manager of PSV, Vitesse & FC Twente and Schalke 04 in Germany.
