According to Het Laatste Nieuws, Racing Genk has reached an agreement to sign Heracles Almelo striker Cyriel Dessers.

The Belgian side have been following the striker all summer but couldn’t agree a fee with Heracles.

According to HLN, Heracles Almelo have dropped their asking price from €6 million to €4 million, and an agreement for Dessers was reached on Monday evening.

The 25-year-old is now set to return to his native country after spells with NAC Breda, Utrecht and Heracles. The striker, who has chosen an international career with Nigeria, scored 15 Eredivisie goals last season.
