beugelsdijkThe hosts were dominant from the start, and ADO Den Haag keeper Coutinho had to make a number of saves to deny them the lead.

ADO Den Haag took the lead after the half hour mark, with Michiel Kramer stabbing past Marco Bizot after a long ball forward.

Groningen searched for the equaliser, and finally found it with ten minutes to go as Johan Kappelhof smashed in at the back post after Coutinho parried a shot.

However on 83 minutes Bizot missed a corner and Tom Beugelsdijk was at the back post to net and give ADO Den Haag the lead once again.

Straight from the kick off Richairo Zivkovic fired a shot against the post, which proved to be the last chance for the hosts, as ADO Den Haag held on.

Its the first home defeat for Groningen this season, while ADO Den Haag move out of the drop zone and up to 14th in the table.
