Groningen has confirmed the signing of Sarpsborg 08 FF striker Jørgen Strand Larsen.

Groningen were on the lookout for a new striker this summer to replace Kaj Sierhuis, who left last January.
The club now has their man with Larsen signing a four-year deal in the Euroborg after Groningen agreed a fee of around €1 million with Sarpsborg.
The 20-year-old is a Norway U21 international and has made 69 appearances for Sarpsborg, scoring nine goals and giving nine assists. He also spent time on loan with AC Milan’s u19 side.
