Heerenveen are not willing to budge from their €8 million asking price for Vlap.
Italian side Atalanta have had a €4 million bid rejected and are unwilling to go any higher. Anderlecht have already submitted three bids with their latest of €5 million was swept off the table in Friesland.
Vlap recently stated he is open to a move but is also willing to remain at Heerenveen, where he has a contract until 2022.
The 22-year-old scored 16 goals in 34 Eredivisie appearances last season.
Great young player tall goal scoring mid he would be great for Atalanta who have a manager who play youth & UCL… Kind of like Bryan Critante from there or moved to Roma Killed at Atalanta. No point IMO of I’m moving to Anderlecht yes UCL but if making the move go Serie A. Surprised no PL or Ligue 1 suitors. Somehwere like Lille or Monaco or Southampton under Hussenhuttl etc.
But great player they are right to hold out for more will be a huge loss for them.
