Heerenveen has solved their goalkeeper issue with the signing of Swansea City’s Erwin Mulder.

Mulder left Heerenveen to join Swansea City back in 2017 but returns to Friesland three years and only 29 appearances later.

The former Feyenoord and Excelsior stopper was a free transfer after his contract at Swansea City expired. He has signed a two-year deal with Heerenveen.

Warner Hahn, Filip Bednarek and Trevor Doornbusch all left Heerenveen this summer, leaving the club without a goalkeeper, but Mulder solves this issue.
