Heerenveen have announced that five players will have their contracts terminated this summer.

All Eredivisie clubs have to provide clarity on the players that have expiring contracts by April 1st. If not, the contracts will be automatically extended on the same terms for another year.

Heerenveen have announced that the deals of Daniel Høegh, Ricardo van Rhijn and goalkeepers Warner Hahn, Filip Bednarek and Trevor Doornbusch will all be terminated.

That does not mean that all the players will leave the club this summer. New deals can now be discussed over the coming weeks and months.
