Heracles Almelo has confirmed the signing of KRC Genk midfielder Elias Sierra.

The 19-year-old has signed a 3.5-year deal in Almelo with the option of a further year.
Heracles technical director Tim Gilissen told the club’s website, “Elias is a young talented midfielder. He is made of the right stuff and has had a good education. He has what it takes to become of value to Heracles Almelo. This winter transition gives him the opportunity to become acquainted with our way of playing and the way of working. It’s nice that Elias chooses us.”
The Belgium U19 international has made one appearance for the Genk first-team.
