John Stegeman announced earlier this season that he would leave Heracles at the end of the season as he heads to Deventer and Go Ahead Eagles.

On Thursday, Heracles announced his replacement with Frank Wormuth signing a two-year contract which will take effect in the summer.

The 57-year-old has been working with the German FA as a trainer of coaches and has been Germany U20’s manager for the past eight years.

Wormuth had previously coached SC Pfullendorf, SSV Reutlingen, FC Union Berlin and VfR Aalen. Heracles will be his first job outside of Germany.
