juvThe Bosnian born Croatian youth international was initially not going to be offered a new contract but the club have now decided to offer a new one year deal with an option of another two years.

The 24 year old has been blighted by injuries since joining from FC Twente in 2012, but the club are hoping he can get back to full fitness for next season.

This is what club director Nico-Jan Hoogma told the club website,

“We are all hard at work to get Dario fit again; He is a good player who can be of value for us. The priority now is to get him fully fit.”

The midfielder has only made 10 appearances for the club in the last two seasons because of injuries.
