Ki-Jane Hoever has held talks with PSV Eindhoven and the young Dutchman is hoping the Eredivisie side can come to an agreement with Wolverhampton Wanderers.

Eindhovens Dagblad is reporting on Saturday that Hoever wants to join PSV Eindhoven this summer and he is waiting for them to come to an agreement with Wolves.

A loan deal with an option to make it permanent next summer seems the most likely option but there is still work to be done before the two clubs come to an agreement.

Hoever still has a deal with Wolves until 2025 but he barely played for the Premier League side last season. The versatile full-back is keen on regular first team football and PSV would be able to offer that.

PSV is also set to sign experienced goalkeeper Boy Waterman to be their third-choice stopper next season.
