Belgian champions Club Brugge have announced the signing of Dutch midfielder Lex Immers.

It was confirmed on Friday that Cardiff City had terminated the contract of the 30-year-old, who had fallen out of favour with the Championship club.
However, Immers hasn’t waited long to find himself a new club with Club Brugge announcing the signing of the former Feyenoord and ADO Den Haag star on a deal until 2018.
The former Feyenoord and ADO Den Haag star becomes the fourth Dutchman at Club Brugge, joining Stefano Denswil, Ruud Vormer and Ricardo van Rhijn.
