According to Voetbal International, Jaap Stam is the favourite to become head coach at Willem II next season.

Current Willem II boss Jurgen Streppel is set to leave the Tilburg club for Heerenveen in the summer as a successor to Foppe de Haan.
With that move set to be completed in the next few days, Willem II’s thoughts will turn to a successor and Voetbal International are now reporting that directors at Willem II have sounded out Jaap Stam as the favourite to replace Streppel.
Stam is currently coach of Jong Ajax alongside Andries Ulderink, but has spoken of his desire on several occasions to take the next step and become a head coach.
