Vincent Janssen made his first appearance for Tottenham Hotspur since 2017 in their 1-0 win over Brighton and Hove Albion.

The striker was named on the bench for the defeat to Manchester City at the weekend but did not get summoned.
On Tuesday with Tottenham locked at 0-0 with Brighton in the 80th minute, Janssen was brought on. It was his first appearance for the club since August of 2017.
The Dutch international did not make a scoring return but Christian Eriksen did break the deadlock for Spurs and earn them a win which helps them in their bid to finish in the top four.
In a weeks time, Ajax visit Tottenham in the first-leg of their Champions League semi-final.
