After growing increasingly frustrated at his lack of playing time in Eindhoven, the defender more commonly known as Zanka, may leave in order to gain 1st team football.
Jorgensen speaking to Danish newspaper BT stated his case for a chance in the first team,”I am able to play and I have also produced the displays necessary on a daily basis in training to earn a place, I deserve to play.”
The 23 year old centre-back did concede that injuries had played a major part in his absence from the first team,”Most of last season was spoiled because of injuries so I did not have a place in the team.”
“It seems like that has put doubts in the mind of the coach. He has brought in new players who have his confidence. Things don’t look good.”
Having signed on a free transfer from Danish side Copenhagen in the summer of 2012 the Dutch adventure could be over as the defender ponders his future stating “The transfer window opens in January, so then I can start to think about things. The fact that I have a contract should not influence things.”
