Krul has caught the eye with a number of excellent performances for Newcastle United over the past few seasons, and recently gained major plaudits in the 1-0 win over Tottenham, after making a record breaking 14 saves.
The Dutch stopper is now being lined up to replace Gianluigi Buffon at Juventus, and the Daily Star are reporting that Newcastle are looking for £2o million if they are to part with their star.
Tottenham Hotspur, and Arsenal have also been linked with the 25-year-old who still has three years left on his contract with the Tyneside outfit.
Since joining Newcastle from ADO Den Haag in 2005, Krul has made 113 appearances for the club, whilst also earning five caps for Netherlands national side.
Krul was called up for the recent Netherlands friendlies with Japan, and Colombia, but did not feature, as Ajax’s Jasper Cillessen got the nod as Louis van Gaal’s number one. However Krul is widely expected to be on the plane to Brazil for next summers World Cup.
