Sky Italia believe the Serie A champions are ready to make a €3.5 million off for the 19-year-old, who is under contract at De Kuip until 2016.
They also believe Juventus are not the only Italian club in the race for the young Dutchman, with Inter Milan also believed to be interested.
Vilhena is regarded as one of the finest young talents in the Eredivisie after breaking into the Feyenoord first team at the age of 17 back in 2012.
Since then Vilhena has went on to make 45 Eredivisie appearances for Ronald Koeman’s side, scoring five goals in the process, and impressing with his passing abilities.
His form saw Vilhena called up to a preliminary squad for Netherlands national team, but the youngster is yet to make his full debut for his country.
Feyenoord are unlikely to allow Vilhena to leave in January, with the club still in the title race, but it is yet to be seen whether the midfielder will have his head turned by a big club, such as Juventus.
