NEC Nijmegen talent Ferdi Kadioglu has been spotted in Istanbul, sparking rumours of a move to Fenerbahce.

The Netherlands U21 international is expected to leave NEC this summer after they failed to gain promotion to the Eredivisie, with several top Dutch and Turkish clubs linked.

On Friday, Kadioglu was pictured arriving at Istanbul airport with several Turkish outlets stating that he is set to sign for Fenerbahce. Neither club has yet confirmed the deal, but Bip Spor are reporting that Fenerbahce would be paying NEC €1.4 million for the 18-year-old.

Kadioglu would be the first Dutch signing by new Fenerbahce boss Phillip Cocu.
