Khalid Karami has left Vitesse Arnhem to join NAC Breda on loan until the end of the season.

The 29-year-old joined Vitesse from Excelsior in the summer but has since failed to make a single Eredivisie appearance.

The right-back has now departed Arnhem to join NAC on loan until the end of the season.

Karami told the NAC website that reuniting with former Excelsior boss Mitchell van der Gaag was a big factor in choosing a move to Breda. He said, “For me this loan offers a good solution. I have very good experiences with the trainer at Excelsior. That added to the fact that NAC is a beautiful club with a stadium full of people who really live for football gave me the deciding factor to choose NAC.”
