Justin Kluivert was important for Roma in their 3-0 victory over Cagliari.

The Dutch international has grown in confidence since Claudio Ranieri took charge of the Serie A side and was once again in the starting line-up for their clash with Cagliari.

After Federico Fazio had given Roma an early lead, Kluivert set up Javier Pastore to make it 2-0 in the 8th minute.

The winger remained a threat throughout his 87 minutes on the pitch and he also played a role in the third Roma goal. His shot was blocked but that led to Edin Dzeko firing into the net.

The victory lifts Roma up to fourth and a Champions League spot. Kluivert will be hoping for more minutes before the end of the campaign to increase his chances of an Oranje call-up in June.
