Sky Italia, among others, is reporting that Kluivert will fly into Rome on Monday night before visiting AS Roma on Tuesday to undergo his medical and put pen to paper on a five-year deal.

According to De Telegraaf, Ajax are set to receive an initial €18.5 million but that could rise to over €20 million with various bonuses.

Kluivert leaves Ajax after only 56 first team appearances, in which he netted 13 times and contributed 10 assists. The 19-year-old has one cap so far for the Dutch national team and will join up with international teammates Rick Karsdorp and Kevin Strootman at the Stadio Olimpico.
