The KNVB Cup first round continued on Wednesday night with five matches. Below is a round-up of all the action.

ADO Den Haag 1-1 Sparta Rotterdam (ADO wins 5-3 on penalties
Sparta Rotterdam seemed to be heading into the next round thanks to Danzell Gravenberch’s first-half goal. However, in the 95th minute, goalkeeper Luuk Koopmans headed in a last gasp equaliser for the hosts.
ADO Den Haag then went on to win on penalties after Bart Vriends struck the bar.
Heracles Almelo 3-0 Telstar
Heracles Almelo had no issues reaching the next round after a comfortable win over Telstar.
Sinan Bakis opened the scoring from the penalty spot before Rai Vloet and Adrian Szoke sealed the victory in the second half.
FC Emmen 2-0 FC Eindhoven
Emmen left it late but they are into the second round thanks to a double from Michael de Leeuw.
The game was a tense affair until De Leeuw broke the deadlock in the 78th minute. The striker then assured Emmen of their place in the next round with a 95th minute goal.
RKC Waalwijk 2-2 Cambuur (Cambuur win 5-4 on penalties)
RKC Waalwijk have crashed out of the cup after losing to Cambuur on penalties.
The Keuken Kampioen Divisie side were 2-0 up at the break with Maarten Pouwels and Jamie Jacobs scoring. Cambuur appeared to be easing through but Lennerd Daneels pulled one back in the 85th minute. Jurien Gaari then forced extra-time with a 94th minute equaliser.
There was no winner in extra-time and Cambuur progressed on penalties after Meuelensteen missed.
Roda JC 0-2 Fortuna Sittard
Two early goals saw Fortuna Sittard ease to a comfortable victory over Roda JC.
Sebastien Polter gave Fortuna Sittard the lead from the penalty spot before Zian Flemming doubled the lead shortly afterwards.
There were no further goals as the Keuken Kampioen Divisie side failed to make a comeback.
