Ajax v Feyenoord was the first tie pulled out of the hat, when the draw was made, and De Klassieker will be the most talked about tie of the next round. Ajax made it through the last 16 after a convincing 3-0 win over IJsselmeervogels, while Feyenoord needed a penalty shoot-out to see off Heracles.
Amateur side JVC were rewarded for their 2-1 win over MVV with a trip to face PEC Zwolle, who beat Excelsior 4-1 on Tuesday night.
Roda JC have already beat both PSV Eindhoven and Vitesse in the competition so far, and will once against face a tough tie after being drawn at home to holders AZ Alkmaar.
The final tie sees Eredivisie strugglers NEC Nijmegen, who beat Groningen on Thursday, host Utrecht.
