Plenty of former internationals and former Oranje coaches including Louis van Gaal and Ronald Koeman were present to see the unveiling of the wall.
It honours 1,356 former internationals who have played for Netherlands since the very first international match on 30 April 1905. Former coaches of both the Mens and Women’s teams are also included and also some selected loyal supporters who have witnessed more than 100 Oranje matches.
Each person has been given a metal shield with their name on it which is placed on the wall.
Long live the memory of the former internationals and former Oranje coaches who contributed mightily to Dutch and international football.
