Ronald Koeman needs a new assistant with the Dutch national team after Kees van Wonderen decided to leave his role.

Van Wonderen joined Koeman with the Netherlands national team back in March 2018 but he will not be at the European Championships next summer.
Ronald Koeman said on the KNVB website, “Of course it is very unfortunate that Kees is leaving us. From his position, he made a good contribution to our staff. But if he indicates that he is not 100% happy with his role, then that is of course his own choice. ”
Van Wonderen decided his role no longer met his ambitions, “The decision to quit was difficult, but in the interest of the team I didn’t want to wait any longer. “
