The agent of Feyenoord coach Ronald Koeman has stated his client wants to become the new coach of Swansea City.

The Premier League club are without a manager after sacking Michael Laudrup last week in a shock move, and Koeman has thrown his hat in the ring to replace him.
Koeman is out of contract at Feyenoord and will leave the club in the summer after stating that he will not sign a new deal with the Rotterdam side.
Guido Albers, the agent of Koeman has told RTV Rijnmond that he has himself contacted Swansea City to state the 50-year-olds interested of taking over the Welsh club.
The former Ajax, Valencia, PSV, and Benfica coach has been managing Feyenoord for three years, and has led them from mid table to consecutive 2nd and 3rd place finishes in the Eredivisie. With Feyenoord still in with a chance of winning the Eredivisie this season, director Martin van Geel will be determined not to lose Koeman, but the lure of the Premier League may prove too strong.
