Leeds United manager Marcelo Bielsa is reportedly on the lookout for a new midfielder after the injury suffered by Pablo Hernández.
The Telegraph is reporting that AZ Alkmaar star Teun Koopmeiners is one of the candidates seen as the perfect replacement, along with Rodrigo De Paul (Udinese) and Ruslan Malinovskyi (Atalanta Bergamo).
The English newspaper believes AZ Alkmaar would accept an offer of more than €12 million to part with the 22-year-old, who has a contract until 2023.
I think Koopmeiners would do great in PL & he could play in Bielsa Back 3 as CB or CDM but he is like Hernandez or De Paul. He is more like Philips.
Think be a good move tho hate to lose him but has the work rate Bielsa loves a leader versatile great left foot & a terrier
