According to Voetbal International, Sunderland winger Jeremain Lens is set to join Fenerbahce.

lens sunderThe 28-year-old was signed at Sunderland by Dick Advocaat and is now reportedly on the verge of a reunion with his former boss in Turkey.

Voetbal International is reporting as an exclusive that Lens is close to agreeing a deal to join Fenerbahce, but does not go into any details on a fee or contract length.

Lens signed for Sunderland from Dynamo Kiev last summer but has only made 24 appearances for the club, scoring four goals.
