bakkali aAccording to Eindhoven Dagblad an unnamed club has agreed a fee with PSV for the 18-year-old, but the player himself still needs to agree personal terms. This opens the door for Liverpool, who have contacted PSV to state their interest.

Bakkali burst onto the scene early last season, but after 16 league appearances he struggled to earn any first team football, and found himself in the reserves.

PSV hoped the Belgian talent would sign a new five-year deal with the club, but although the offer is still on the table, Bakkali doesn’t seem keen to sign, and want’s to move in order to gain more first team action.
