The Premier League side, who signed Davy Propper from PSV in the summer, has reportedly agreed a fee of €16 million for Locadia, who will travel to England on Friday for a medical.

Locadia is currently recovering from a hamstring injury and will be out for a couple of weeks, but Brighton doesn’t see any reason to not complete the deal.

The 24-year-old missed out on the chance to join Wolverhampton Wanderers in the summer but has been in excellent form for PSV since, scoring nine goals and contributing six assists in fifteen Eredivisie matches. The forward recently stated that he wanted to remain in Eindhoven until the end of the season, but with PSV bringing in Maximiliano Romero, Locadia has been granted his move to England.

Locadia, who can play on the wing or through the middle, has scored 62 goals and contributed 39 assists in 176 appearances for PSV.
