Jurgen Locadia has returned to Brighton & Hove Albion after Hoffenheim decided to end his loan deal early.

The striker joined Hoffenheim in the summer and made 11 appearances for the club, scoring four goals.

However, the Bundesliga side have just signed Jacob Bruun Larsen from Borussia Dortmund. With the new arrival, Locadia has slipped further down the pecking order and has now been allowed to leave.

Locadia is unlikely to remain with Brighton though as FC Cincinnati plan to bring the forward to the MLS.
