The 22-year-old arrived in Germany on Wednesday after Mainz had a €9 million offer accepted by Feyenoord. That fee will rise to €12 million through bonuses.
St Juste has signed a four-year contract with the Bundesliga club and becomes a teammate of Jean-Paul Boetius.
Feyenoord have already brought in George Johnston from Liverpool and are close to sealing a loan move for Rick Karsdorp.
St Juste moved to Rotterdam from Heerenveen in 2017 and went on to make 50 appearances for Feyenoord. He was used mainly as a right-back but is more comfortable in the centre of defence.
