The 19-year-old burst into the United first team last season under Louis van Gaal, but since Jose Mourinho took charge in the summer, Fosu-Mensah has struggled for any game time.
Five clubs have reportedly made loan offers for the defender this month, but according to the BBC Jose Mourinho has no intentions of letting Fosu-Mensah leave and wants him to be part of his squad for the rest of this season.
Fosu-Mensah has made six appearances for Manchester United this season, but only one of those was in the Premier League.
