According to Algemeen Dagblad, Manchester United beat off competition from several clubs to sign Donny van de Beek.

The 23-year-old is set to sign for Manchester United, who will pay Ajax €40 million. Van de Beek is set to sign a five-year deal, which will earn him €120,000 a week.

According to AD, PSG, Manchester City, Tottenham Hotspur and Barcelona were all interested in signing van de Beek, but Manchester United were the most decisive.
