Koeman is riding the natural predisposition for possession football that is the main staple of Dutch football. People forget Koeman has NOT DONE ANYTHING REMARKABLE AS A COACH. He is still being judged on his past as an outstanding player. His choice of players reflects is tactical cowardice. DeRoon, Babel, Luke Dejong, in spite of his goal, do not deserve to be on the team. In the first half like in previous game they were crossing air balls that no one on the team has the ability to reach. This is where Weghorst is a must. HE IS SUPERIOR to Dejong. Bergwyn has still not proven ANYTHING. Promes in current form should start. Davey Claessen has his place in that team. To me the ideal midfield should be, DeJong, Van der Beek and Claessen. Upfront, Memphis, Malen?Weghorst, Promes.
