The Dutch international has been heavily linked with a move to Barcelona since Ronald Koeman took over the Catalan club.
According to Italian transfer expert Fabrizio Romano, Barcelona and Memphis have agreed on personal terms. Now Barcelona must agree a fee with Lyon for the attacker.
Lyon reportedly wants around €25-30 million for the 26-year-old. He could be reunited with former PSV teammate and fellow Oranje star Georginio Wijnaldum. Romano adds that personal terms are also being discussed with the midfielder, but no bid has been placed with Liverpool yet.
