The Dutch international has been criticised in the French media recently for his performances and for the second game in a row started on the bench.

Nabil Fekir gave the home side the lead after only two minutes but Layvin Kurzawa equalised just before the break. In the second half, Dani Alves saw red for PSG and Memphis finally appeared from the bench with twenty minutes left.

The winger struggled to make a telling impact until the 93rd minute when he cut inside from the left, beat one challenge before rifling an unstoppable strike into the top corner to win it for his side.

Memphis has now scored nine goals and contributed five assists in 16 league games this season.
