The Dutchman has been linked with the Ligue 1 side for the last few weeks, and L’Equipe are now reporting that Memphis has agreed personal terms to join Lyon.

However, the transfer fee for the 22-year-old still seems the major stumbling block with Lyon’s €17 million offer rejected by Manchester United on Tuesday. The Premier League giants appear to be holding out for closer to €20 million for the winger, who has barely featured under Jose Mourinho this season.

Contrary to these reports, The Mirror is reporting that a deal could be agreed between the two clubs in the next 48 hours, while Manchester Evening News has stated Memphis is preparing for a move to France with an agreement close.
