FC Twente midfielder Kamohelo Mokotjo is set to sign for English Championship side Brentford.

The South African is currently in London according to Tubantia to undergo his medical and seal his move to Brentford.

Mokotjo joined FC Twente from PEC Zwolle in 2014, with the former Feyenoord midfielder making 97 appearances in Enschede over the past three years.

The 26-year-old only had one year left on his contract with the Tukkers, so has been allowed to depart for a small fee. He becomes a teammate of Dutchman Florian Jozefzoon at Brentford.
