The 19-year-old winger has been linked with top clubs around Europe this summer, including Borussia Dortmund, Marseille, and Valencia.
However, it is Monaco that has snapped up Musaba after agreeing a €2.5 million deal with NEC Nijmegen. The Keuken Kampioen Divisie side have also involved a resale percentage in the deal.
The young talent has signed a five-year deal in Monaco, becoming the fifth Dutchman to play for the club after Bart Carlier, Nacer Barazite, Maarten Stekelenburg, and Terence Kongolo.
Musaba scored seven goals in 25 games for NEC Nijmegen last season.
