The Portuguese coach stated last week that Memphis was not involved at the moment because he was planning to leave Manchester this month.
Speaking at his press conference on Friday, Mourinho was asked again about the future of Memphis and midfielder Morgan Schneiderlin. He stated that neither were in his plans anymore, but the chances of them leaving at the moment are slim because of a lack of bids.
Mourinho said, Memphis Depay and Morgan Schneiderlin may depart once a nice bid comes. That has not happened.
“A few weeks ago I thought that the chance that they would leave was one hundred percent. Now that is zero percent, because there is no good bids yet have come in. ”
Asked whether either would feature in the FA cup tie with Reading, Mourinho stated coldly, “No. They will not play tomorrow, I no longer see them as options.”
