The Dutch international is coming into the final year of his contract in Manchester and has only featured in six Premier League matches this season.

Blind has been linked with a move away in the past week, but speaking at his press conference, Jose Mourinho stated that the versatile defender is still in his plans.

He said,  “He is part of my plans.

“If a player wants to leave and the right offer arrives, we will focus on that, we always want to keep our players happy, and if that means that a departure is the best option, we’ll see what happens. But. I do not want to sell Blind, I want to keep him”
