Koch psv naNAC Breda confirmed the deal for the 20-year-old today, and after completing his first training session with the club, Koch could make his debut this Saturday against PEC Zwolle.

Koch has made 38 league appearances for Jong PSV, but with Karim Rekik and Jeffrey Bruma ahead of him in the pecking order, coach Phillip Cocu was keen to send the centre back out on loan to gain first team football.

Speaking to Voetbal International, Koch’s agent Mustapha Nakhli stated NAC’s faith in the youngster was one of the big reasons behind the move.

Nakhli said, “On Tuesday we had a great conversation with NAC coach Robert Maaskant and technical director Graeme Rutjes.”

“There is a lot of confidence in Menno, so we see this as the perfect step in his development.”

NAC Breda have already signed Dirk Marcellis this month and are hoping to add free agent Kees Luyckx.
